These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aido Receipts mobile application (“the App”) operated by Aido AI Technology (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Aido Receipts is a receipt and expense tracking tool designed for Australian business users. The App uses artificial intelligence to extract data from receipt images. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all extracted data before relying on it for tax, accounting, or any other purpose.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
IMPORTANT: The AI-powered receipt extraction is a best-effort service and accuracy is NOT guaranteed to be 100%.
While we strive for high accuracy, the AI may misread, misinterpret, or fail to extract data from receipt images. Errors may occur in any field including but not limited to: amounts, totals, GST calculations, dates, vendor names, ABN numbers, line item descriptions, quantities, and expense categories.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before relying on it for any purpose, including but not limited to tax returns, BAS lodgements, financial reporting, accounting records, expense claims, or any business or personal financial decisions.
Aido AI Technology accepts no responsibility or liability for any cost, loss, damage, penalty, fine, or consequence of any kind arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect data extraction. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect tax deductions, erroneous GST claims, ATO penalties, accounting errors, financial losses, or any other direct or indirect damages resulting from reliance on AI-extracted data without independent verification.
The App provides GST calculations and expense categorisation as a convenience tool. This does not constitute tax advice. We are not registered tax agents. You should consult a qualified tax professional for tax-related decisions. Aido AI Technology is not liable for any errors in tax calculations or categorisations.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Receipt data is stored locally on your device. Receipt images are sent to third-party AI services for processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of Aido AI Technology. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App requires an internet connection for receipt scanning. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device until you delete the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
