Delete Your Account

Aido Receipts (by Aido AI Technology)

Use this form to request deletion of your Aido Receipts account and associated data. This applies to both the iOS and Android apps, and to all supported regions (Australia, United States, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom).

What gets deleted

• Your account: your name, email address, and authentication record held in Firebase Authentication are permanently deleted.
• Subscription status: any subscription tier/usage records tied to your account are removed. This does not cancel an active App Store or Play Store subscription itself — cancel that separately from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings to stop future billing.

What is not affected

• Receipt photos and expense data are stored locally on your device, not on our servers — deleting your account does not touch this. Uninstalling the App removes it.
• Receipt images sent for AI extraction are processed in real-time by Google Gemini/Anthropic Claude and are not retained by us or, per their data governance policies, by them beyond a short processing window — there is nothing further to delete on that side.

How it works

Submit the form below with the email address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request within 10 business days. Once your account has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to the address on your account.
